MISSION

The Washingtonville Housing Alliance, a locally sponsored not-for-profit corporation, seeks to preserve and enhance the quality of life in the Village of Mamaroneck and the surrounding area.

The Alliance constructs new housing and improves existing housing for low and moderate income residents and undertakes other supportive activities designed to sustain communities that are culturally diverse, multi-generational, and of mixed income.
