FIRST TIME HOME BUYING

WHA encourages customers to buy their own housing and assist them by providing:

• Individual initial assessment of capacity for home-ownership

• Information and referrals for credit repair and credit build up

• Referrals to real estate and mortgage companies

• Referrals to attorneys and building inspectors

• Information and assistance with application for Home Buyers Clubs

WHA works in cooperation with established home-buyer assistance programs in Lower Westchester County. WHA will assist clients in making a referral to the appropriate agency.
