The Washingtonville Housing Alliance recently submitted a proposal in response to an RFP from the Village of Mamaroneck to create Hunter Terrace – a beautiful, green, and resilient housing development at the Hunter Tier parking lot. We are excited about the possibility of building the housing that our local workforce needs and that everyone in the community can be proud of.
Note: After presenting our proposal to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mamaroneck, we were invited to make amendments based on the feedback received. We submitted an amendment to our plan to add an entire additional level of parking to increase the public parking from 52 spaces to 103 spaces and the total parking from 122 spaces to 170 spaces.
