The Washingtonville Housing Alliance recently submitted a proposal in response to an RFP from the Village of Mamaroneck to create Hunter Terrace – a beautiful, green, and resilient housing development at the Hunter Tier parking lot. We submitted an amendment to our plan to add an entire additional level of parking to increase the public parking from 52 spaces to 103 spaces and the total parking from 122 spaces to 170 spaces.
